Prohibited Items Policy

At Rytetivo, we are committed to providing a safe, lawful, and trusted marketplace. To protect our users and comply with applicable laws, certain items, services, and activities are prohibited from being listed, advertised, sold, purchased, rented, or otherwise promoted on the Platform.

This Prohibited Items Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. Users are responsible for ensuring that their Listings comply with this Policy and all Applicable Laws.

Rytetivo reserves the right to remove any Listing, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to the Platform, or take any other action it considers appropriate where a Listing violates this Policy or Applicable Law.

  1. Illegal Items and Activities

Listings that promote, facilitate, or involve illegal goods, services, or activities are strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

  • Stolen property.
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods.
  • Forged or fraudulent documents.
  • Smuggled goods.
  • Money laundering services.
  • Human trafficking.
  • Illegal gambling.
  • Criminal services.
  • Any item or activity prohibited by Applicable Law.
  1. Weapons and Dangerous Items

The following are prohibited unless expressly permitted by Applicable Law and approved by Rytetivo:

  • Firearms.
  • Ammunition.
  • Explosives.
  • Grenades.
  • Bomb-making materials.
  • Military weapons.
  • Illegal knives or offensive weapons.
  • Tasers, unless expressly permitted by Applicable Law.
  • Pepper spray where prohibited.
  • Any item primarily intended to cause serious harm.
  1. Drugs and Controlled Substances

Listings involving the following are prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs.
  • Narcotics.
  • Controlled substances sold without authorization.
  • Drug paraphernalia intended for illegal use.
  • Counterfeit medicines.
  • Prescription medicines sold without proper authorization.
  1. Tobacco, Alcohol and Related Products

Unless expressly permitted by Applicable Law:

  • Cigarettes.
  • Cigars.
  • Tobacco products.
  • Electronic cigarettes (vapes).
  • Nicotine products.
  • Alcoholic beverages.
  • Illegal alcoholic products.
  1. Hazardous Materials

Listings involving hazardous materials are prohibited, including:

  • Toxic chemicals.
  • Radioactive materials.
  • Dangerous biological substances.
  • Hazardous waste.
  • Corrosive chemicals.
  • Explosive chemicals.
  • Poisonous substances.
  1. Human Body Parts and Medical Materials

The following may not be listed:

  • Human organs.
  • Human tissue.
  • Blood.
  • Body fluids.
  • Human remains.
  • Medical specimens intended for unlawful sale.
  1. Wildlife and Protected Species

Listings involving protected wildlife are prohibited, including:

  • Endangered animals.
  • Protected plants.
  • Ivory.
  • Rhino horn.
  • Animal parts whose sale is prohibited by Applicable Law.
  • Products derived from protected species.
  1. Offensive and Harmful Content

Users must not publish Listings that promote or contain:

  • Hate speech.
  • Terrorism.
  • Violent extremism.
  • Discrimination.
  • Racism.
  • Child exploitation.
  • Sexual exploitation.
  • Graphic violence.
  • Obscene material.
  1. Fraudulent and Deceptive Listings

Listings must not:

  • Misrepresent products or services.
  • Use fake photographs.
  • Contain false prices.
  • Use misleading descriptions.
  • Promote scams.
  • Request advance payments through deception.
  • Impersonate another individual or business.
  1. Financial and Investment Services

Unless properly licensed and legally authorized, Listings must not promote:

  • Pyramid schemes.
  • Ponzi schemes.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Fake investment opportunities.
  • Unauthorized lending services.
  • Unauthorized financial products.
  • Fraudulent insurance products.
  1. Digital Abuse

Users must not advertise or distribute:

  • Malware.
  • Viruses.
  • Spyware.
  • Ransomware.
  • Hacking tools intended for illegal use.
  • Stolen digital accounts.
  • Unauthorized software licenses.
  • Phishing tools.
  1. Intellectual Property Infringement

Listings must not infringe the rights of others.

Examples include:

  • Counterfeit branded products.
  • Pirated software.
  • Pirated movies.
  • Pirated music.
  • Pirated books.
  • Unauthorized digital downloads.
  • Copyright-infringing material.
  • Trademark-infringing goods.
  1. Recalled and Unsafe Products

Listings must not offer products that:

  • Have been officially recalled.
  • Present unreasonable safety risks.
  • Have been banned by competent authorities.
  • Are defective in a manner that creates significant danger.
  1. Adult Services

The following are prohibited:

  • Prostitution.
  • Escort services involving sexual services.
  • Sexual exploitation.
  • Pornographic services.
  • Listings promoting illegal adult activities.
  1. Animals

Listings involving animals must comply with Applicable Law.

The following are prohibited:

  • Sale of protected wildlife.
  • Illegal animal trade.
  • Animal fighting.
  • Animal cruelty.
  • Listings encouraging abuse or neglect of animals.
  1. Spam and Platform Abuse

Users must not:

  • Publish duplicate Listings.
  • Post repetitive advertisements.
  • Manipulate search rankings.
  • Use automated systems without authorization.
  • Create fake accounts.
  • Circumvent Platform rules.
  • Misuse promotional features.
  1. Other Prohibited Listings

Rytetivo may prohibit additional items or services where they:

  • Create unacceptable legal or safety risks.
  • Violate Applicable Law.
  • Infringe the rights of others.
  • Threaten the integrity or security of the Platform.
  • Are inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform.

Rytetivo reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a Listing is prohibited under this Policy.

  1. Enforcement

If a Listing violates this Policy, Rytetivo may, without prior notice, where permitted by Applicable Law:

  • Remove or disable the Listing.
  • Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
  • Restrict access to Platform features.
  • Request additional information or verification.
  • Report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities.
  • Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or comply with Applicable Law.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension from the Platform.

  1. Changes to This Policy

Rytetivo may amend this Prohibited Items Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, industry standards, Platform operations, or safety requirements.

The updated Policy will become effective upon publication or as otherwise communicated by Rytetivo.
