Rytetivo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property concerns are handled on the Rytetivo platform.
By using Rytetivo, you agree not to upload, publish, or distribute any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
- User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you publish on Rytetivo, including:
- Listings
- Photos
- Videos
- Logos
- Product descriptions
- Documents
- Designs
- Brand names
- Other uploaded content
is owned by you or that you have the necessary permission or legal right to use it.
- Prohibited Content
You must not upload or publish content that:
- Infringes on another person’s copyright.
- Uses another person’s photographs without permission.
- Copies of listings from other websites.
- Uses logos or trademarks without authorization.
- Use copyrighted images found on the internet.
- Misrepresents ownership of products or content.
- Violates any intellectual property rights.
Rytetivo may remove such content without prior notice.
- Original Images
To help build trust and reduce fraud, users should upload clear, original photographs of the actual item or service being offered.
Do not upload:
- AI-generated images that do not represent the actual item.
- Stock photographs.
- Images copied from websites or social media.
- Photos belonging to another seller or business.
Listings using misleading or unauthorized images may be removed.
- Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Rytetivo infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a report containing:
- Your full name.
- Your contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The URL or location of the infringing content.
- Evidence that you own or control the intellectual property.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and made in good faith.
- Investigation
Upon receiving a valid complaint, Rytetivo may:
- Review the reported content.
- Request additional information.
- Temporarily remove the content.
- Permanently remove the content.
- Suspend or terminate the responsible account where appropriate.
Rytetivo may also reject complaints that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or unsupported.
- Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have:
- Listings removed.
- Account privileges restricted.
- Accounts suspended.
- Accounts permanently terminated.
- Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and branding displayed on Rytetivo remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in this Policy grants permission to use another person’s trademark without authorization.
