Rytetivo Terms of Use

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

Welcome to Rytetivo (“Rytetivo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rytetivo and govern your access to and use of the Rytetivo website, mobile applications, and all related products, services, features, and content (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies and guidelines that may apply to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Rytetivo, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Platform only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will promptly update your information if it changes.

If Rytetivo reasonably believes that you do not meet these eligibility requirements or that you have provided false or misleading information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Platform.

2. About Rytetivo

Rytetivo is an online marketplace that enables users to buy, sell, advertise, discover, and connect through listings across a wide range of categories, including products, vehicles, real estate, jobs, services, agricultural products, business equipment, and other approved categories.

For the purposes of these Terms, a “Listing” means any advertisement, offer, request, post, or other content published on the Platform by a user.

Rytetivo provides the technology and services that enable users to connect and communicate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rytetivo is not a buyer, seller, broker, agent, employer, recruitment agency, real estate agency, auctioneer, financial institution, payment processor, delivery service, or party to any transaction between users.

Accordingly, Rytetivo:

• Does not own, possess, store, inspect, test, certify, approve, ship, or deliver any listed item or service.
• Does not verify the identity, credibility, qualifications, legitimacy, or reliability of every buyer, seller, employer, job seeker, service provider, or other user. Where Rytetivo conducts identity, business, or other verification, such verification is limited in scope and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any user’s identity, credibility, qualifications, legitimacy, or future conduct.
• Does not negotiate or complete transactions on behalf of users.
• Does not process, receive, hold, or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.
• Does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, authenticity, suitability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, item, service, or user-submitted information.
• Does not guarantee that any transaction will be completed successfully or that any user will fulfil their obligations.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating listings, verifying information, conducting their own due diligence, communicating with other users, and making informed decisions before entering any transaction.

All transactions are conducted directly between users at their own discretion and risk. Rytetivo is not responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, claim, or liability arising from transactions or interactions between users.

3. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Platform, you agree to:
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable Rytetivo policies.
• Comply with all Applicable Laws.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other users.
• Use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
• Refrain from any activity that interferes with the operation, security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your access to and use of the Platform.

Rytetivo may amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 26 (Changes to These Terms). Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access full features of the Platform, you are required to create a user account.

• When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Promptly update your account information whenever it changes.
• Keep your username, password, and other login credentials secure and confidential.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify Rytetivo immediately of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected misuse of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement actions.
• Share your account or login credentials with another person.
• Sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit another person to use your account.
• Impersonate another individual, business, or organization.
• Register or maintain an account using false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Access or use another person’s account without authorization.

Rytetivo reserves the right to verify account information where reasonably necessary and may require users to provide identity documents, business registration documents, proof of ownership, proof of address, or other information to verify their identity, account, listings, or compliance with these Terms and Applicable Law.

Failure to provide requested verification information within a reasonable time may result in the suspension or restriction of your account, the removal of Listings, or the termination of your account.

Rytetivo may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, contains false or misleading information, or is used in a manner that compromises the security, integrity, or proper operation of the Platform.

5. Marketplace Services

Rytetivo provides an online marketplace that enables users to create accounts, publish Listings, discover opportunities, communicate with one another, and connect for the purpose of buying, selling, renting, hiring, or offering products and services.

The Platform includes features and services such as:

• Creating and managing Listings.
• Advanced search and filtering tools.
• User profiles.
• Saved Listings and favorites.
• Messaging and other communication tools.
• Reviews and ratings.
• Listing comparison tools.
• Optional paid promotional and advertising services.
• Notifications and alerts.
• Other features, tools, or services that Rytetivo may introduce from time to time.

The availability of any feature, service, or functionality may vary depending on factors such as your location, device, category, account status, or other operational requirements.

Rytetivo reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to add, modify, improve, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or replace any feature, service, or functionality of the Platform at any time for business, operational, security, maintenance, technical, or legal reasons.

The addition, modification, suspension, restriction, or removal of any feature or service does not create any entitlement to compensation or continued availability of that feature or service.

6. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to act honestly, responsibly, and in good faith always.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Respond to legitimate enquiries in a timely and professional manner, where appropriate.
• Honour any commitments you make during negotiations or transactions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your account and all activities conducted through it.
• The accuracy, legality, and content of your Listings.
• Your communications and interactions with other users.
• Your negotiations, agreements, and transactions with other users.
• Verifying the identity, credibility, and suitability of other users before entering any transaction or arrangement.
• Complying with all Applicable Laws, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations, and tax obligations relating to your use of the Platform.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions when using the Platform. Rytetivo is not responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, claim, or liability arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions or transactions with other users.

7. Listing Rules

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all Listings published on the Platform comply with these Terms, all applicable Rytetivo policies, and Applicable Law.

By publishing a Listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the item or have the legal right or authority to advertise, sell, rent, or otherwise offer it.
• The Listing is accurate, truthful, complete, and not misleading.
• All descriptions, specifications, images, videos, pricing, and other information are current and accurately represent the item or service being offered.
• The stated price accurately reflects the amount payable, unless otherwise clearly disclosed in the Listing.
• The Listing does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
• The Listing complies with all Applicable Laws and these Terms.

Users must not publish Listings that:

• Are false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.
• Promote illegal, prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or unauthorized goods or services.
• Contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content.
• Infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
• Violate the privacy or other legal rights of any person.
• Contain malicious software, harmful code, or links intended to compromise the security or functionality of the Platform or other users’ devices.
• Duplicate existing Listings without a legitimate reason.

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent Platform rules, moderation systems, or enforcement measures.

Otherwise violate these Terms, any applicable Rytetivo policy, or Applicable Law.

Rytetivo reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, reject, suspend, remove, or restrict access to any Listing that, in its reasonable opinion, violates these Terms, any applicable policy, Applicable Law, or otherwise poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

The removal, rejection, or restriction of any Listing does not create any obligation on the part of Rytetivo to monitor all Listings or prevent similar Listings from appearing on the Platform.

8. Buying and Selling

Rytetivo provides a platform through which buyers and sellers may communicate and enter transactions directly with one another. As set out in Section 2, Rytetivo is not a party to any transaction between users and does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, agent, payment processor, delivery service, or guarantor of any transaction.

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

• Communicating directly with one another.
• Negotiating and agreeing on prices, payment methods, delivery arrangements, and all other transaction terms.
• Verifying the identity, credibility, ownership, condition, quality, legality, and suitability of any item or service before completing a transaction.
• Complying with all Applicable Laws relating to the transaction.
• Completing transactions honestly, fairly, and in good faith.

Before making any payment or completing a transaction, users are strongly encouraged to exercise reasonable caution and due diligence, including inspecting items where appropriate, verifying relevant information, confirming ownership where applicable, and taking reasonable steps to protect themselves against fraud. For further details regarding Rytetivo role and limitations, see Section 2 (About Rytetivo).

9. Optional Paid Promotions

Rytetivo may offer optional paid promotional or advertising services that allow users to increase the visibility of their Listings or access additional Platform features.

Participation in any paid promotion is entirely voluntary and does not affect a user’s ability to create or maintain standard Listings, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Unless otherwise specified, fees paid for promotional services are:

• Non-refundable.
• Applicable only to the selected Listing or service.
• Subject to the pricing, duration, and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

The purchase of a promotional service does not guarantee:

• The sale, rental, or successful completion of any transaction.
• A minimum number of views, enquiries, leads, or responses.
• Higher search rankings beyond the applicable promotional period.
• Any level of user engagement, exposure, or business results.

Rytetivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or introduce promotional services, pricing, features, eligibility requirements, or promotional terms at any time.

Where a Listing is removed, suspended, expires, or otherwise becomes unavailable due to a user’s violation of these Terms or Applicable Law, any associated promotional fees will be fully forfeited.

10. Payments and Fees

As set out in Section 2, Rytetivo does not process, receive, hold, facilitate, or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers. All payments are made directly between users using payment methods agreed upon by the parties.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Negotiating and agreeing on payment methods and terms.
• Verifying payment details before sending or receiving funds.
• Retaining records of payments and transactions where appropriate.
• Complying with all Applicable Laws relating to payments, taxes, and financial obligations.

Where Rytetivo offers optional paid services, including promotional or advertising services, the applicable fees, payment terms, and conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Fees paid for optional services are non-refundable. Prices and fees may be changed at any time before purchase. Taxes, duties, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by financial institutions or government authorities remain the responsibility of the user.

Users acknowledge that Rytetivo is not responsible for any payment dispute, failed payment, unauthorized transaction, chargeback, fraud, banking error, currency fluctuation, or financial loss arising from payments made directly between users or through third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this Section creates any obligation for Rytetivo to intervene in, guarantee, recover, or reimburse any payment made between users.

11. Communications Between Users

The Platform may provide tools that enable users to communicate with one another regarding Listings, transactions, services, employment opportunities, or other lawful purposes.

Users are solely responsible for all communications conducted through or in connection with the Platform and agree to communicate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.

Users must not use the Platform or its communication features to:

• Send false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or impersonate another person.
• Transmit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful content.
• Request, collect, or misuse another person’s personal information for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Distribute spam, malware, malicious code, phishing messages, or other harmful material.
• Engage in any activity that violates these Terms, any applicable Rytetivo policy, or Applicable Law.

Rytetivo does not routinely monitor private communications between users and is under no obligation to do so. However, where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or to comply with Applicable Law, Rytetivo may review, preserve, or disclose communications to the extent permitted by law.

Rytetivo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or outcome of any communication between users and disclaims all liability arising from communications or interactions conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

12. Reviews and Ratings

Rytetivo may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other feedback relating to Listings, transactions, or their experiences with other users.

Reviews and ratings should be based on genuine personal experiences and must be honest, fair, accurate, and respectful.

Users must not:

• Publish false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive reviews or ratings.
• Submit reviews or ratings for transactions or experiences they did not personally have.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings through fake accounts, coordinated activity, incentives, threats, or any other deceptive practice.
• Use reviews or ratings to harass, extort, intimidate, or unfairly damage the reputation of another user.
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person.

By submitting a review, rating, or other feedback, you grant Rytetivo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and otherwise use such content in connection with the operation, promotion, improvement, and administration of the Platform, subject to Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy.

Rytetivo reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove any review, rating, or feedback that, in its reasonable opinion, violates these Terms or any applicable Rytetivo policy.

Rytetivo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or authenticity of any review or rating and is not responsible for any reliance placed upon such content by users.

13. Fraud Prevention

Rytetivo is committed to promoting a safe and trustworthy marketplace. While Rytetivo may implement measures to detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or suspicious activities, no security measure is entirely effective, and Rytetivo cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from fraud, scams, or other unlawful conduct.

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution and due diligence when using the Platform. Before entering any transaction, users are encouraged to:

• Inspect items or verify services where reasonably possible.
• Verify the identity and credibility of the other party.
• Confirm ownership, pricing, and other material information before making payment.
• Meet in safe public locations where appropriate.
• Avoid making payments until satisfied with the legitimacy of the transaction.
• Immediately report suspected fraud, scams, or suspicious activity to Rytetivo.

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.
• Use stolen identities, payment methods, or financial information.
• Publish false or misleading Listings or advertisements.
• Attempt to obtain money, goods, services, or personal information through deception or misrepresentation.
• Circumvent the Platform’s security measures or fraud prevention systems.
• Participate in any activity intended to facilitate fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other unlawful conduct.

Rytetivo reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to investigate suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity and may suspend or restrict accounts, remove Listings, request additional verification, preserve relevant information, or cooperate with law enforcement or other competent authorities, to the extent permitted or required by Applicable Law.

Nothing in this Section obligates Rytetivo to investigate every report, monitor every transaction, or prevent all fraudulent activity. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, transactions, and interactions with other users.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including its software, source code, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, service marks, databases, audiovisual content, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rytetivo and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with the prior written consent of Rytetivo or the applicable rights holder, you must not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, except where expressly permitted.

Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Use any trademark, logo, trade name, branding, or other proprietary material belonging to Rytetivo without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform. However, by submitting or publishing any Listing, image, text, video, review, rating, or other content, you grant Rytetivo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, improving, securing, and administering the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You represent and guarantee that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to submit such content and to grant the license described in these Terms.

If you believe that content published on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify Rytetivo with sufficient information to enable us to investigate and take appropriate action where warranted.

Rytetivo reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that it reasonably believes infringes the intellectual property or other legal rights of any person.

15. User Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit, publish, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Platform, including Listings, descriptions, images, videos, documents, reviews, ratings, messages, and any other materials.

By submitting or publishing content on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to use and publish it. The content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
• The content complies with these Terms, all applicable Rytetivo policies, and Applicable Law.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting or publishing content on the Platform, you grant Rytetivo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, translate, and otherwise use such content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, promoting, securing, and administering the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Rytetivo does not claim ownership of user content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability.

Rytetivo reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, edit, refuse, suspend, restrict, or remove any user content that, in its reasonable opinion, violates these Terms, any applicable Rytetivo policy, Applicable Law, or otherwise poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

Nothing in this Section obligates Rytetivo to monitor all user content or to detect or prevent every violation of these Terms.

16. Platform Availability

Rytetivo strives to keep the Platform available, secure, and functioning efficiently. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform or any feature, service, or functionality will always be available or operate without interruption, delay, error, or security vulnerability.

The availability of the Platform may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, system failures, internet or telecommunications disruptions, cyberattacks, force majeure events, third-party services, or other circumstances beyond Rytetivo reasonable control.

Rytetivo reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to:

• Modify, update, improve, or discontinue any feature, service, or functionality.
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Suspend, restrict, or interrupt access to the Platform, in whole or in part.
• Implement security measures or technical changes to protect the Platform and its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Rytetivo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, interruption, delay, corruption of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or other consequences arising from unavailability, suspension, interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part of it.

Nothing in this Section obligates Rytetivo to maintain, support, update, or continue providing any feature, service, or functionality for any specific period.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, products, services, advertisements, or other resources that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Rytetivo.

These links and services are provided solely for users’ convenience. The inclusion of any third-party link or service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation by Rytetivo.

Rytetivo does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, legality, products, services, or policies of any third-party website or service.

Your access to and use of any third-party website, application, product, or service is entirely at your own discretion and risk and is governed by the applicable third party’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Rytetivo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, liability, or expense arising from or relating to your access to, use of, or reliance on any third-party website, application, product, service, advertisement, or other resource.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Platform and all Listings, content, features, services, and functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Rytetivo expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.

Without limiting the foregoing, Rytetivo does not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available or operate without interruption, delay, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
• Any Listing, user, product, service, employer, job opportunity, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, lawful, safe, authentic, or suitable for any purpose.
• Any transaction between users will be completed successfully or any party will fulfil their obligations.

Users acknowledge that they access and use the Platform, communicate with other users, and enter transactions entirely at their own discretion and risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Rytetivo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform.
• Any Listing, content, product, service, or information made available through the Platform.
• Any communication, interaction, negotiation, transaction, payment, delivery, or dispute between users.
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your account, personal information, or content.
• Any interruption, delay, error, defect, security breach, malware, virus, or other harmful component affecting the Platform.
• Any act, omission, misconduct, negligence, fraud, or unlawful conduct of any user or third party.
• Your reliance on any Listing, review, rating, advertisement, or other content available through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Rytetivo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you began using the Platform.

If any provision of this Section is found to be unenforceable under Applicable Law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rytetivo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and successors from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Platform.
• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable Rytetivo policy.
• Your violation of any Applicable Law or the rights of any person or entity.
• Any Listing, content, or other material that you submit, publish, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Platform.
• Any transaction, communication, or interaction between you and another user.
• Any negligent, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful act or omission by you.
• Any infringement or alleged infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights of any person or entity arising from your use of the Platform or your content.

Rytetivo reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such circumstances, you agree to cooperate fully with Rytetivo in the defense or settlement of the matter.

21. Suspension and Termination

Rytetivo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your account, remove or restrict access to any Listing or content, or limit your access to all or part of the Platform where Rytetivo reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated these Terms or any applicable Rytetivo policy.
• Provided false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
• Infringed the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
• Compromised or attempted to compromise the security, integrity, or proper operation of the Platform.
• Used the Platform in a manner that exposes Rytetivo, its users, or third parties to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk.

Where reasonably practicable, Rytetivo may notify you of any suspension or termination and, where appropriate, provide an opportunity to remedy the issue. However, Rytetivo may take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or prevent fraud, security threats, or other harmful activity.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any outstanding obligations and compliance with these Terms.

The suspension, restriction, or termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities arising before the effective date of such action.

Upon suspension or termination, Rytetivo may retain or delete your account information and content in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Applicable Law.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive suspension or termination, including those relating to intellectual property, user content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any accrued rights or obligations, shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Privacy

Your privacy is important to Rytetivo. Our collection, use, disclosure, storage, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you provide to Rytetivo is accurate, complete, and up to date. Where you provide personal information relating to another person, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful authority to do so and, where required, have obtained the necessary consent.

While Rytetivo implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. Accordingly, Rytetivo cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the Platform.

Nothing in this Section limits or modifies any rights or obligations set out in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.

23. Governing Law

These Terms, your access to and use of the Platform, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that the courts of the Republic of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, except where Applicable Law provides otherwise.

24. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from Listings, transactions, or other interactions directly with one another before seeking legal remedies.

As Rytetivo is not a party to transactions between users, it is under no obligation to investigate, mediate, or resolve disputes. However, where reasonably appropriate, Rytetivo may, at its sole discretion, facilitate communication between users or take reasonable administrative measures to assist in resolving issues relating to the use of the Platform.

Any assistance provided by Rytetivo is voluntary, does not constitute legal advice, mediation, arbitration, or any binding dispute resolution service, and does not make Rytetivo responsible for the outcome of any dispute.

Nothing in this Section prevents Rytetivo from taking any action it considers necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its legal rights, including suspending accounts, removing Listings or content, cooperating with competent authorities, or enforcing these Terms.

25. Changes to the Platform

Rytetivo continually develops and improves the Platform and reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, replace, or remove any feature, functionality, service, category, Listing type, content, or other aspects of the Platform.

Such changes may be made for business, operational, technical, security, legal, maintenance, or other legitimate reasons, including improving user experience, complying with Applicable Law, addressing security risks, preventing fraud, or enhancing Platform performance.

Rytetivo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or disruption arising from any modification, suspension, restriction, discontinuation, or removal of any part of the Platform.

26. Changes to These Terms

Rytetivo reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Platform, our services, business operations, legal or regulatory requirements, security practices, or for any other legitimate reason.

Where required or where the changes are material, Rytetivo will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform or by any other appropriate means. The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice or, if no date is specified, upon publication.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your account.

27. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from Rytetivo electronically, including by email, SMS, in-platform notifications, push notifications, or any other electronic means made available through the Platform.

These communications may include account notifications, security alerts, verification requests, transaction-related messages, customer support communications, legal notices, updates to these Terms or other policies, promotional communications, and other information relating to your use of the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information and for ensuring that you can receive communications from Rytetivo.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications or by adjusting your account preferences, where available. However, you may not opt out of communications that are necessary for the administration, security, or operation of your account.

28. Force Majeure

Rytetivo shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms, fires, or other acts of nature.
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or armed conflict.
• Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, laws, regulations, or orders.
• Labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or industrial actions.
• Power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or disruptions affecting third-party service providers.
• Cyberattacks, malware, ransomware, hacking incidents, or other widespread security events.
• Epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, or other similar events.
• Any other event beyond Rytetivo reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, Rytetivo will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable after the force majeure event has ended.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or ineffective by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

The invalidity, illegality, unenforceability, or severance of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

30. No Waiver

No failure or delay by Rytetivo in exercising any right, power, remedy, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, remedy, or privilege.

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if made in writing and expressly stated to be a waiver. A waiver of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach or default.

31. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Rytetivo.

Rytetivo may assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, financing, or by operation of law.

Any attempted assignment or transfer by you in violation of this Section shall be null and void. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms shall be binding upon and benefit the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or legal notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rytetivo regarding your access to and use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

You acknowledge that, in entering these Terms, you have not relied upon any representation, statement, promise, or warranty that is not expressly set out in these Terms, except where such reliance cannot lawfully be excluded under Applicable Law.
